Central Schools Apartments

It's a piece of history. Once a school, then abandoned, now apartment units. Very nice and cozy. Great community of neighbors. Mostly, seniors with a mix of middle-aged people. Grocery, gas station and hospital all in walking distance. Under a new landlord with a maintenance team. Seems to be affordable and the new landlord will work with you from what I hear. There are a few eye sores with blith or abandoned property around it, but the City is working to change that. I would say it's a great place to call home!

There is a lot of gossip, which even the property manager engages in. The property manager also shares personal information about tenants that are not in the "gossip group". Other tenants are rude, nosey, and always spreading rumors that eminate from the historic bldg to the "main building". This review is dated 08/09/2021-I am gratefully moving 08/31/2021, even if I have to live in Tent City, it is preferable to here. If you are looking for a 420 friendly environment, then the Historic Building is for you!! It started with 1 person, evolved to 2 separate people, now with a third in the mix. The property manager's response to complaints: "Yes, I know, I've had several complaints."
