Central Park

I just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout. The maintenance man, Jesus, is outstanding and I believe needs recognition. We had more than we remembered to mention on our request and he was so patient and accommodating helping us. He came for the repair request below but stayed to help with our carpet and just was so nice to have inside and helping us. It’s always hard having people in your home, especially with my little dog but she even relaxed with him here. He’s such a good employee and has so many skills. His demeanor and personality is 10/10. I have even been near other residents and he goes by on his cart and they wave and mention how their pets love him and they do also. He never fails to even smile in passing or say something nice. I hope to always get him for my calls. He is a genuine

I just wanted to share my feedback about the maintenance worker ( Manny) who came to fix the items in our apartment. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. Everything was fixed perfectly, and he made sure the work was done neatly and properly. I truly appreciate his effort and the quality of his work. He is very skilled and clearly knows what he’s doing. Thank you for sending him — I’m very satisfied with the service

I moved to La Mesa looking for a place to find quiet, peace & community. The apartment complex, compared to the noise of the city I left reminded me of a balance of the peace of north county San Diego I grew up in but the accessibility of San Diego I was used to in normal heights/north park. I’ve found neighbors who have felt & contributed to the energy as well who’ve become friends, dinner guests & someone I make sure to stop & see. My dog loved the lawns that are well kept & all the parks around. I never see any dog poop, trash & I have had excellent help from Jesus in matinence & everyone at the leasing office. Don’t rent from this place! I’m a single mom of a disabled 5 year old little girl. The day I moved in my entire kitchen was flooded with huge fans running for a week long. All my food went bad and it wasn’t even livable with my special needs daughter. I still paid rent every month on time, never made a complaint, didn’t have any damage and not only did they keep my entire deposit, they added additional charges and sent me a bill. They will not give you deposits back no matter what you do, (I’ve seen other reviews now going threw this myself) I actually paid a girlfriend 100 dollars to clean my apartment before I moved and took photos and thought it looked it great. Manny is the absolute best - he was always quick to handle issues on the property and was always overjoyed to see and talk with us. Truly one of the only ways that made the experience of apartment living here worth it. The prices got much too high which was pretty ridiculous since we were loyal and timely every month with payments...but they claim they are zoned as condos and not apartments so it was tough luck for us. We would have stayed if they were willing to negotiate but they would not wiggle. Shame they prefer new, volatile tenants over loyal, stable ones all for a few hundred bucks.
