Centennial Village Apartments

Wouldn't do it. Been almost 7 years of every few months there's new office workers and every few months like clock work there's increases and they are "losing" paperwork and evidence of people's payments miraculously. Just complete months and years of payments missing that residents had to "REPAY" or be evicted. Never missed a payment but since they also didn't provide receipts , kinda hard to prove. None of the promised repairs, and they do inspections, come into your home and destroy things and no one takes accountability or does anything about it. Not sure if it's always been like this but it seems everything and everyone is crooked to some extent.

These apartments should be fined for having so many violations. They are not in habitable condition. The apartments are infested with huge roaches. The office people are really unprofessional and ignorant. There are apartments that the roof is falling. And the ceilings and walls have mold that is dangerous for the children that live there. The floor is so cheap you can easily rip it off and it can be hazardous to little toddlers. Also there is rusted baseboards that are chipping off.I don’t understand how they even passed inspection or how HUD even thinks the apartments are in good habitable condition.

The manager here is so disrespectful, incompetent and truly a waste of breathe this apartment complex has ever dealt with. She seems to lack any college education and does not care about the property.

Office lady makes you pay her directly for cars being towed.
