Centennial Place Waterfront Apartments at the Lykes Steamship District

Property manager Joseph is the best!! Every issue I have he has resolved it professionally. He always answers the phone when you need him. I had a A/C issue and he got it fixed the exact same day. I appreciate him so much and this has been the best experience living here. Beautiful property & I love the gym downstairs it’s always available. Maintenance is always on call able to help as well. I plan to renew my lease and can’t see myself anywhere else but the centennial place!

A very nice, well kept complex. Artisha, the leasing agent was very helpful, and quick response time. She also called me when the bigger unit became available. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice spot in the garden district.

All I can report about this place is I was visiting someone at this location, but it seem like a very nice place.
