THERE IS AN ADDENDUM IN THE LEASE STATING THE TENANT MUST PAY FOR PEST CONTROL, this is NOT enforceable OR legal but people don't report their pest problems because of it and so it just gets worse and worse and worse. Do you want to move into an apartment that has been dealing with german roaches for years and years? And then when you have pest control come in, management illegally gives you the bill? Centennial Commons is perfect for you. People are loud. Kids are unruly, unsupervised, running rampant inside and outside all day every day. People cram the dumpsters full of furniture regularly leaving no room for actual trash. They will charge you whenever they can for anything that they can. $40 for drip pans that cost $15 at Menards. AVOID A

I'm a housing coordinator so I work with people that have disabilities and help them find housing. I've worked with many people and have successfully housed 16 people in my 2 years of work. When I met with the property manager here she was not willing to take a letter of guarantee for my client to move in and I have never run into this situation before. It seemed like a way to discriminate toward people with disabilities. I would not recommend this place to any one based on my experience with them.

This place is not worth it even if you’re low income and desperate for a place to live. Listen to reviews, they are there for a good reason. When I tell you these apartments are run by shady money hungry people, I meant it within every inch of my soul. They will make up anything just to use you, not fix your issues, and even get money out of you. Dream about getting any dollar back. Even if you leave their place clean, and you get down on your knees scrubbing, they will come at you. So if you ever find yourself in that situation be prepared to come back at them. Document everything, have your support network ready, and most importantly be safe and happy, run far away from this place!! It is not worth your time and joy.

My friend currently lives there and their has been a roach infestation for 6 months. They sprayed 2x but they are still there & they won't let her break her lease. Yall are really messed up for that.. I will make sure to tell everyone to pass along the message to everyone they know to not move into these nasty apartments..how do you sleep at night knowing that people are forced to stay here not happy at all? The state needs to shut the place down and I will be reporting to the state as well. DO NOT GOTO THESE APARTMENTS. YUCK
