Wonderful place to stay, the office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are pretty good with fixing any issues you may have in a timely manner. I would recommend this property.

This the worst apartments to move in! DON'T MOVE HERE! They over charge you for everything and get over! The apartments not even updated and you're paying 1000 dollars! That's not even water included! They double charge you for water because the water is in their name but they bill you every month for water thst you didn't use ! On top of that the 500 dollars you pay for a deposit when you first move in they take it when you move out and say it's a move in fee 🤦🏽‍♀️ These people are get overs so I advise you to run don't look their way because they definitely scamming people hard earned money!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! 1st of all, they tell you that the rent is a certain amount that includes water, but of course your bill fluctuates depending on the water bill every month. Secondly, pray that nothing breaks because if they feel it's not something that will damage their property, they WILL NOT fix it. I have been complaining about my air in my townhouse for months and it still hasn't been rectified. Spend your money elsewhere.

Maintenance issues are slow to be handled, if at all. They tell you there is an after hours maintenance person on call, but when you call the line, the people there tell you they only take messages for the next business day. We had our heat go out on the Friday night of a holiday weekend, and of course the temperatures that night and the next were in the upper 20’s. The third night the outside temperature was in the 40’s. I called several times each night, but ended up having to spend my own money on space heaters and putting the kids all in one room to sleep to keep warm. When the office opened again on Tuesday, they said no one got our many messages. It still took them 2 more days to fix it. This is only the most severe example of problems on this property. Please do not move here! They are horrible you pay a 500 move in fee you don’t get back. Then when you move out they want to charge for normal wear and tear! They literally trying to charge me for a carpet stain when they barely do their job. Stayed in the place for 2 years have young kids what do they expect! Also A/C always out. Overcharged for outdated apartments. Save your money and your time!
