I’ve been using Bayou Title since my first home about 15 years ago. They’re very professional, I truly mean professional. I’ve also used them for other properties and notary issues. I definitely prefer and refer them if you want accuracy and professionalism.

Bayou Title personnel were professional and courteous. I had a very complex situation that required extra care, however, they were more than accommodating and went out of the way to make sure closing went smoothly. My realtor was Anna Pepper and she went above and beyond to help me through what I thought was an impossible situation with the sale of my home. I don’t know what I would have done without either of them.

Everything went wrong! Starting with Donna at the head of the office. Calling her on the phone is useless, there isn't any communication coming from this office. Customer service? I wish! She will call you back? That is a lie! She never is available. Leaving her a message to call you back, is useless. Calling her everyday and leaving messages still useless. Title issue with our property? She would rather argue what someone else said and why she is waiting on someone versus " I just got off the phone with them and they are waiting on you to send the document." I will call them and then call you back? They aren't the client, come on Donna I want to pay for service! Donna wont return phone calls, argues for others and why she is waiting on others. Poor everything! Stay away.

Only getting one star because you can't put less. This place is seriously lacking customer service, lacking communication skills, will out right lie to you and can not make or meet a time-line. If this thin skinned Linda is talking she is probably lying, she will tell you one thing and the other realtor something else, never her incompetence, laziness and always full of excuses. We have been hearing for a month about the reason she doesn't call you back, return emails is they are short 4 people for COVID, not sure what her excuse was before COVID but I bet she had one. The first conversation with her was about the eastbank location and she immediately starting criticizing that location ultimately turning out as bad if not worse. Good luck using this company, should be renamed Ditch W
