Garden Lane Apartments

I recently moved into my new apartment, and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Gabby made the process so smooth and efficient. She went above and beyond to get us in quickly, answering all of our questions and making sure everything was ready for our move-in. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. The apartment itself is wonderful—spacious, clean, and in a great location. The only downside side is the dumpster area is always full. I’m already settling in and enjoying the amenities. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking for a seamless leasing experience.

I've been living here for going on 3 years. I have not had any complaints about my apartment other than the normal instances. As of late I've had trouble being able to pay rent right away, and they front office has worked with me to be able to stay. The staff has been great. I recommend staying here for the future.

My Uncle and I love our new place. It's a quiet, great place to walk through while exercising. The staff was very pleasant when on boarding us as new tenants. I definitely have told others and recommended City Heights Garden Lane Apartments.

We’ve experienced ongoing water leaks since the end of 2024 now it’s gotten so bad that we have to keep towels on our floor or we will have huge puddles of water in the kitchen AND living room. Unsafe living conditions with zero accountability from management while they are living comfortably in their units. Multiple maintenance requests have been ignored for minor things, and we are repeatedly given the runaround by the front office. They lie to the corporate office and make it seem like they are going to get someone to come out to take care of the leak but they never do. The last contractor that came out for the leaking A/C said the front office called them the day of, despite the office claiming they had been calling for days.
