I absolutely love everyone at true title. They are very good at what they do. My real estate transaction was a breeze with them. If anyone needs a title company please reach out to True Title.

My closing date was documented for a scheduled closing. True Title accepted my contract and the closing date. I get to the week of my closing and they very curtly let me know that they will be on holiday for my closing date. My lender and realtor both worked to organize other options that would not inconvenience the process, since the title company not only accepted this date but did not previously communicate it was an issue before the movers were scheduled and my rental was forfeited. With all of their efforts, Bonnie and Robin offered nothing that met customer needs. I would not recommend this type of service to anyone. Preemptive communication could’ve have circumvented this situation. Even once we hit a bump, these people were not customer focused or solution driven.

Not only one of the best title companies around but the oldest with almost 3 generations in the business! Tim Hand and his father Patt Hand are some of the best attorneys around for real estate and ligation period I've been doing business with them almost 15 years now!!!

I walked into the building and provided 2 forms of ID as I did in the months prior for a closing. This time I was was met with “You don’t have to if you’re not the signer.” I WAS.Cultural Sensitivity training is a must. DSLD might want to use another title company who treats all customers with dignity. Disappointed. Outraged.

They raised my down payment to the roof. I had to pay an extra $2,000 extra only because of thier fees. One week after we finished the closing they told me they didnt collect the flood insurance . So that was their way of raising thier rates withought me noticing that moment. Not recomending to no one. ✌
