I toured with Ms.Nikki she was very nice and professional! The unit she showed was really nice, any situation that occurred while touring me, she was on top of it and multitasked really well! The community was really quiet as well.

AWESOME! I love my apartment. The new manager Mrs Chadee is a genuine, good heart person. She made my move in smooth. It was not stressful. I appreciate her for that. She is a manager who cares. The rent is very affordable, and my apartment is so spacious. It is a quite community. Very cozy. A place to call home.

Amazing Property Management Experience with Chadee Quick! Chadee Quick is the best property manager I have ever come into contact with. She REALLY cares. She consistently displays exceptional and Superior customer service, taking the worry and frustration out of the moving process. Despite her office being so busy, she always takes the time to make everyone feel special and address their needs with a personal touch. Chadee believes in empowering the community, which is a huge plus for me as I share the same belief. The apartment at Cedarview is very affordable, cozy, clean, and quiet. I have already referred two of my close friend to Cedarview because of the outstanding experience I've had. I wanted to say thank you to the New Property Manager Chadi. I've expressed concerns about my Apt many times however this is the 1st time I was heard and receive a resolution to a 3 month issue with my Apt. Her calming demeanor, empathy and reassurance in less than 5 hours addressed my concerns. Chadi I want to thank you as a tenant for the Customer Service I received from you. My sister and I are now glad to call Cedarview home.
