Cedar Ridge

Very disappointed that issues have to become hazardous to live in before anything gets even discussed, been dealing with mold in my bedroom since june 28th with emails all the way back to then, i cant even open my bedroom door and it seems like it becomes a new issue everytime i bring it up. I have a lung disease and could get deathly sick as well from this….. Edit 1/1/26 it has been about 2 months since this review and all thats happened is a phone call, mold is still growing and now im starting to feel sick everyday its been since june 28th without use of my bedroom Edit 1/12/2026 so now i was also told when this originally happened anything i had to throw away due to mold, send a receipt and they will reimburse me for it, i did for over $900 worth of items and they are not reimbursing

Don't move here they are horrible the office manager told me that he will lock me in the office because I was annoying him because he over charged me on my late fee and I paid way more than what I did and they don't do anything the city has been here 2 times and the building is falling and no one cares and the communication is bad I have had cold water for 2 months and it took 2 months to get turned on and they are so shady here. Please your better off in a car as sad as that seems. They were supposed to redo my unit and still nothing but I am okay with that because they hire bad contractors that can't do anything and it's sad that people and I have to live in these conditions and the I moved in November and in December a side of the building collapsed and then on top of that they build on

Besides the fact that the building I lived in caught fire and we were forced out of our lease due to the building being condemned, this complex is not worth your time. They will only fix issues on the property once it becomes a hazard and the city gets involved (twice in the year I lived here the city deemed the building unsafe.) The utilities and furnishing inside the units are old, gross, and falling apart (fridges, pipes, doors, windows). For the price of these units there are much better and cheaper options in Medina. The current management team is doing better than the previous ones, but the property as it stands is just not acceptable. For your own sake rent elsewhere.

Unfortunately I had to move out of the house i was renting when my buddy sold it and didn't tell me. I had days to find a place. Fortunately I found Cedar Ridge. From the moment I walked in the door Jamie was awesome. She really is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She worked with me when my crazy job only gave me minutes a day to talk with her. Then I met Mark, the head of maintenance. He's just as nice. Together they got me into this one bedroom apartment pretty quickly. Look, it's an old place, yes, but the two of them are doing everything they can to get this ship back up and sailing straight. Im so glad I was accepted into this little community. Thank you Jamie and Mark. And im glad you both can take my sense of humor. ;)

I lived in these apartments for a few years up until now. They went through multiple managers who didn't seem to care about anything. Jamie and Mark have been a great asset to Cedar ridge Medina! I highly recommend living here. They are absolutely amazing at handling anything you throw at them in a timely and professional manner. KUDOS to Cedar Ridge Management. 👏
