Cedar Meadow Apartments

The apartments are good for college students, but horrible for families. The rooms are small, uniform in size, and there is no dining space (but there is a breakfast bar). Maintenance was responsive and quick when we lived here, but management changed within the year (2019-2020) (and it appears to change regularly, according to the other reviewers. At least 4 changes since it opened: Atwood, G&R, SMR, and Connect Property). G&R and SMR managed these units while we lived here. While it is on the lower end for pricing, DO NOT go here if you are looking for a family-friendly place to raise your children. WORST APARTMENT MANAGEMENT EVER!!!! I wouldn't give give them one star. I signed a sublease right before March 2017 and when I tried to get my keys they said I had owed money so they could not give me my keys. When I told them I paid rent and security deposit then they said oh and gave me my keys? I tried to move into my apartment and There was not a room that was empty. Also, the room I was suppose to take over was taken. I went to them and they said they can do nothing about it. They basically told me and my parents to our face that they are only there to TAKE OUR MONEY. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO HELP ME WITH ANYTHING. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND DID NOT TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ME. I LIVED OUT OF MY CAR FOR A MONTH DUE TO THEM NOT DOING ANYTHING. On top of all this they would not let me out

Since Atwood Property Management bought Cedar Meadows it's gone downhill. The place is great and the apartments are up to date and really nice but Atwood made living there a nightmare. They will nickel and dime you as much as possible. Be prepared to have your lease be just vague enough for them to take advantage of you. They are also disorganized and unwilling to work with their tenets. Don't rent with Atwood.

Not entirely sure I just went to help a friend

I lived here for 3 years while going to college. It was well lit, quiet, and we never had any issues. I would recommend this complex to anyone. 5 stars!
