Cavco - Seguin

So a family member from Maryland, moved down to Texas to be closer to us. He bought one of these. I took him to various Manufactured Home retailers. He settled for Alamo Homes. The sales staff was super. Great people, Very accommodating and understanding. Unlike the other vendors like Titan (down the road. Very arrogant with attitudes). Now they just sell the product, they don't make it, so I wouldn't even blame them. To make a long story short. Who ever manufactures these homes does a very "sorry" job. They use these "tacks" like little Staples, instead of tails, all throughout the house. The materials are subpar. floors started buckling at close to a year. Please do not purchase from here its total mess of mobile homes. Poor, poor material. I am telling you from experience I have bought a double wide and the ceiling is cracking the texture looks funny like a trainee was doing it. The floor is getting bubbles the light switches going out and I can go on and on. I have contact the office like 5 months ago and till now they have not show to fix it. All I hear from them is that is on the list. So please do not purchase a cavco home, not worth it. So much money to pay for garbage 🗑. Look at all bad reviews they have. I just can't believe they still open. Let's make this viral so they can stop doing this and improve their quality and guest services.

I will NEVER recommend buying a Cavco home to anyone. Probably the dumbest decision I could have made for my family. We received our home in November and were told to email a ‘punch list’ of items needing work within 30 days to an employee ‘Chris Ford’. After a month of no response AFTER sending our list I contacted Palm Harbor directly, to then be directed to another employee with Cavco who informed me that the employee I was told to give my list to, no longer worked there but they would accept the list and get to work on it. It is now OVER a year later and there are still issues that haven’t been resolved from the list! I agree with everyone they do a poorly work. I will never buy from them again even when they repair things takes for ever

Do NOT buy a home from them! We have had our home for barely a year and have MOLD throughout the HVAC system. Their inspector found a basketball shape hole under the house and various leaks that contributed to wet floors within the house. It’s been over a month since Cavco was notified that we had mold and they don’t seem to care at all. We have 3 toddlers, including one that has special needs and is immunocompromised. They have been sick for months, and we’ve spent thousand in doctors/hospital visits within the last year. Cavco has taken accountability that it was a factory issue but nothing has been done within the last month to fix the issues or remediation our home (which has become unlivable to us). You think they would have a sense of urgency regarding this making our 3 year old incr
