Lived here since 2010. Beautifully kept. As with many properties lately, there have been many challenges w/laws & pricing causing confusion. We were without in-house President for several years but happy to say things are looking back up now that we have association back together. Yeah! I mean it's our home & I love mine.
Elevator breaks down (a lot). Buzzer on front gate to gain access, or let someone in is broken. If not on first floor, or disabled not recommended
I live there and the property mgrs take care of it awesomely.
Mostly good right now no elevator. And I am on 6th floor.
It's always a pleasure to visit
