Catalon at Lago Mar Apartments

Alicia toured me at the beginning of the week and was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and made everything easy to understand. Catalon is a gorgeous property and the tour was a great experience. Highly recommend!

About a year now living here now.. I’m glad I chose Catalon! Super safe, good distance between grocery stores, and very clean! Staff is great, Alicia, Michelle, and Beth have all been super helpful with any questions or concerns I have. Definitely would recommend living here! No complaints regarding, the complex. Only inconveniences i’ve had so far was the wifi the community has to sign up for, would have issues going in and out during the 1st few months of living here. Now, things are perfectly fine.

We have left the apartment due to the seriousness of violations that the apartments won't correct. We have complained multiple times and nothing has been changed even though you at first said it would be fixed. Starting off first, the day I picked up our keys, I went into the apartment that had "just been cleaned" and saw multiple German cockroaches. I let y'all know and was told it would be sprayed before I came back the next week. For 7 months, we have had roaches. I was informed after the first few months that we were the only ones complaining and said we were nasty and had brought them. I HAVE NEVER HAD ROACHES BEFORE. I had to keep most of my stuff packed in totes so I wouldn't get roaches in my items. We have also started to see evidence of rats/mice in the building and in the walls

Highly recommended! Leasing staff are always helpful and welcoming. Maintenance is great. Units are clean and no issues with noise overall throughout the property.

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM HERE! The day we picked up the keys we had German cockroaches, we told the office about them and they said they would handle it before we moved our things in. THEY DID NOT. Every week we would tell them about the roaches and the pest control guy would half ass spray and tell us it was our fault we had them. Not only that but when something was broke or not working right the maintenance guys would kind of fix it but then it would stop working again until they stopped coming to fix it, my shower faucet wouldn't spray water and instead of replacing the pipes or fixing the problem they taped it up and left. Neighbors smoke in the hallway which is illegal and office wouldn't do anything about it. Also have cameras on your cars cause it will be hit constantly and th
