Castle Breckenridge Management

We lived in a Castle Breckenridge managed property for over 5 years. They were always very professional and helpful. Being a property manager is a thankless job with people only coming to you with problems. I appreciate all they (specifically Ashley) did during our time there and all the help they provided during the sale of our condo.

I’ve worked with a lot of HOA management companies and have yet to meet a more helpful and pleasant team than Ashley and Briana. Both were exceptionally helpful, proactive, and knowledgeable. Any HOA would be lucky to have them on their side. Great job, ladies!

Completely incompetent. Slow to respond and unable to provide correct information. More importantly, they make absolutely ludicrous and arbitrary decisions that are detrimental to the entire complex and try to hide behind CCR’s that are in direct contradiction with Davis Stirling. I don’t think they have any understanding of how to manage a property, or of the underlying law regarding governance. They clearly can’t read CCR’s correctly. Adding - it’s been months since they were alerted about a tree branch that is about to take out the fence around the tennis court. Despite repeated reminders they have not had it removed. It will cost the HOA a lot of money if they have to replace the fence because of this neglect. 2/16/24

I’ve owned my condo at The Franciscan for 12 years and have always paid my HOA fees on time—until Castle Breckenridge Management created a problem where none existed. My bank has verified that three payments were sent, yet they were never cashed. Instead of investigating or assisting, Castle Breckenridge completely ignored my repeated calls and emails—over ten attempts—and passed the issue off to a third-party debt collector, Kriger & Schubert Law. Kriger & Schubert is a shady, unprofessional law firm with numerous negative reviews online that confirm their pattern of unethical behavior. They refuse to speak by phone and often ignore emails and documentation, including the proof my bank has sent directly. Rather than work toward resolution, they resort to threats—sending aggressive letter

Currently have entrance blocked due to downed tree and Ashley is saying I need board approval to speak to anyone let alone do anything about it. This is not my first time having to deal with Castle. It seems whoever the person they assign to you means more than who the company is. Spindrift just happens to have a bad luck of the draw.
