Cascade Apartments

Living at Cascade Apartments has been a wonderful experience. Our apartment is modern and beautifully maintained, and any maintenance concerns we’ve had have been addressed promptly. The community is quiet, clean, and feels very safe. The office staff and maintenance team are exceptional to work with. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Worst "tour" I've ever been given. The two women in the office acted as though my presence was the biggest inconvenience they had all day. Which is hilarious because the woman who showed the unit provided the literal bare minimum of unlocking the door. "Go ahead, look around" she said as she then stood and leaned against the kitchen counter the entire time and did nothing else. Upon asking what the rent would be like, she directed me to look on the website. There was no going back to the office to discuss paperwork, application, or the rest of the property, I was dismissed from the sidewalk. The unit smelled like musty dog and the air vents were filthy. When I pulled up to the leasing office I noticed a car parked in the closest spot with the tire half over the line into the handicap spot.

I was without heat for 5 days in the tail end of December. Was offered some electric radiators (that I did not use because of safety concerns) and still have not been taken from my home. I am very displeased that I pay so much for rent and get told “oh you have to wait” for heat during winter. This is not a slight to the maintenance crew at all, they are always friendly and courteous in my experience. The office staff is also very helpful and are willing to work with you when things get rough. There are good neighbors and bad ones, but that’s everywhere. Can confirm that the walls are a bit thin but I mostly feel bad for the people that have to listen to my loud self.

Huge thanks to Brittany, Alli, Kevin, & James! They're always incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and quick to address any concerns. Kevin and James went above & beyond fixing a maintenance issue and did an incredible job! Their quick response and efficient resolution was amazing! I'm so grateful for their hard work and dedication within the office as well as the maintenance team in making sure everything is running smoothly. Much appreciated. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

I've been here since 2017 and in that time they continue to do a wonderful job. It's grounds are tidy and clean. Maintenance crew do a great job at responding to any issue and always so kind. Britney and Ally in the office do a great job at answering any questions you may have. And they're nice too! I love living here.
