Firstly thank you from the bottom of my heart for having such a wonderful team at crown point. For the folks looking at reviews. This was my first apartment complex, or home outside of home. I truly enjoyed my two year stay here as it was a fairly quiet place. Very well maintained, and as I mentioned the staff here are wonderful people. I will say comparing just meeting the staff team vs other apartments I had the time to visit. Everyone was extremely nice, did not have any bad tones in their voices that seem to have a distaste for the job they do. The leasing office current manager as of my writing this is Anna, she is the individual I signed the lease with when I first got the apartment. It was an amazing process with everything being explained, or re-explained if needed. As well as b

Recent upgrades to the maintenance request system have shown repeat problems aren't considered important.But I do get that things should be fixed correctly the first time. A bit counterproductive if you ask me

I've lived here for a few months now and Crown Pointe is one of the few places in Holland that had a garage and is also pet friendly. Staff is very friendly and my dog loves going to the office for a treat everyday after work. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. My dog enjoys walking the grounds and we're excited to plant in our own garden box this year that is provided by the apartments on a first come first serve basis. The staff offers social activities once a month which is nice when you're brand new to Michigan. Thanks for giving me and my dog and my pet birds a great place to live!!!
