I hired 427 Builders for flooring installation, as well as an all-season room addition in 2024 to my home in Fennville, MI. This year, I hired them yet again for new roofs on the 3 structures (home, garage, storage unit). The team was consistently great to work with—friendly, professional, easy to communicate, and competitively priced. 427 Builders live up to their brand promises! Both projects were finished on time and within budget. The quality of the work was excellent and done right the first time, each time. I’m thrilled with the results and would gladly recommend 427 Builders to anyone looking for a reliable contractor in West Michigan.

If i could give these people a 6 or even higher i would.. Josh and April were very helpful and went the extra mile by answering questions about the process of building a home and the order things get done The work was also very exceptional.. i mean i know my place was not very big but what they accomplished in three days was incredible..they are friendly down to earth people who i felt i trusted from start to finish . We are so excited at way it turn out and We will defiantly be calling for future projects!!!

April and her team did a great job on our bathroom renovation. She was very organized, had good ideas to offer when discussing the plans, and she was a good communicator, especially when the subcontractors were going to come. We would highly recommend her to anyone for projects like this.

427 builders is an amazing company! Highly recommend! The owners are timely, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They do an amazing job making your dream home a reality. They are also very candid and will tell you if things you want will work or not. We built a “barndaminium” with 427 Builders, with April Freeman as the project manager. She made the experience a positive one. She was incredibly responsive, experienced and knowledgeable She never tired of questions. She listened. Most of all, she was honest and realistic. The quality of the build was fabulous. Should we one day expand this property, I would not hesitate for a moment hiring Josh and April again.
