Tim and his team were beyond helpful when it came to helping us secure our loan! Which we did get a great rate! He truly went above and beyond and was always available in case we had questions. He was always on top of things and made sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend working with Tim!

Tim and The Mortgage House were integral in helping us buy our first house! He walked us through all scenarios and options to help us make an educated decision of our own, not something that felt fed to us. Tim was very open and gave us honest feedback on decisions we were back and forth with. We loved working with them so much that we went back to refinance our house through them. Working with Tim alleviated a lot of anxiety we felt about the approval process. He was able to take the pressure off and help (rather promptly, too) with any bumps we had along the entire process. We were concerned with my husband's income being 100% sales based how it would impact financing and Tim was able to help us navigate that appropriately.
