Casanova at Monterey Bay

Blinds constantly break , Heater system is awful it will cost you a ridiculous amount to warm up the apartment, laundry room is always dirty and the machines need to be clean, the toilets do not flush everything down you have to flush 2-3 times, trash can is always full and trash on the ground. Each side needs 2 trash cans…and no place for friends to park. They have to park at the plaza down the street. I could go on.

If something breaks in your apartment unit good luck because the manager and maintenance will not fix it. They give you their word that they will come and repair the proplem but after months it's obvious they were just lying.
