I have already made a review about this place previously, but it has since mysteriously disappeared.. and since this company seems to stand on covering up their mistakes rather than tackling the real issue at hand, i don’t mind resharing my feedback. This place is incredibly infested with roaches, and in the 4 months that i was there, all of my belongings needed discarded all while refusing to disclose or take responsibility for a single thing regarding it. They have peoples lives in their hands and they treat that responsibility as an absolute joke. Do not waste your time energy and most importantly your money here. The influx of good reviews is absolutely a bribe. Stay safe and steer clear!

Been here almost 3 years. Only thing I like is anymore is the respect of the maintenance people. Took them 3 weeks last month to fix out disposal to where for a whole month almost we had no use of our sink or dishwasher without flooding kitchen. Outdated as hell, will pull stuff out of other units to avoid having to update anything. I just bought an 80s mobile home and its more up to date than this place. Renters beware...

Don’t move here. Maintenance is hella disrespectful they just yelled at me and was being very rude and nasty because my refrigerator and freezer is always malfunctioning. I had to go out and buy a deep freezer to make sure my food doesn’t go bad. There was black mold in the apartments, always seeing a brown spider somewhere , and mind you have only been here a month. They cheap for a reason just don’t move here I regret so bad I signed a lease here and I’m probably going to be breaking it soon. Oh and my boyfriend’s car got stolen as well as another car. This is like the ghetto of ofallon if I could give 0 stars I would! This is hot mess express like believe the other reviews please. For a start I recommend asking for lease rules/welcome packet before applying for anyone looking into casalon as a few things were not discussed with us prior. Maintenance is great, Bobby made sure our apartment got taken care of during the long rain when we flooded a bit. Apartments aren’t anything super fancy (as you can see in just a few of our move in photos lol) but a great starter place. Management (outside of Abbey- who was beyond wonderful in helping us get in and is always a joy to see in the office) can be a pain sometimes so far, but neighbors seem nice. Community Laundry unit is not great 4.50 for a load- 2 or 3 out of the 6-8 tiny washers clearly had issues going on/not working and the cameras yell “smile! your being recorded” almost every 5 seconds. My husband and 1 year old daughter just moved in last month we love our apartment! Its two bedrooms and it is so spacious and wonderful. New kitchen appliances including a new stove that has a extra burner for keeping food warm! The bathroom is big and the shower amd tub is big as well. All of our neighbors we've met are so nice! And the fact that the pool is right across the street is a big bonus! We are both so happy we moved into Casalon Apartments
