I have a baby and I saw a 4 baby roaches on my counter and all over her belongings which is disguising and I talk to the manger and she did a thing so the roaches can go away did it work no because up stairs is dirty and filthy and won’t do nothing about it and I saw a roach on my baby thank God my baby is okay and there was a roach in her crib and all over my cups and plates counter and rooms basically all over so disgusting we are looking forward to moving so dirty and disgusting and before we moved in they were already in our apartment WOULDNT RECOMMEND STAYING AT DONT BELIEVE IN ME WELL ONLY THE LORD AND ME CAN TELL YOU GOD BLESS ALL !

I have nothing but good things to say about this Casa Pacifica location. I have never had any issues with management or the maintenance team. Carmen has been a top notch landlord. Any maintenance crew team member we've had to deal with has always been amazing and making sure our issues are always resolved. If we every had any plumbing, insect or any type of issues, again management was always amazing and made sure things got taken care of in a promptly manner. It truly makes it difficult for my husband and I to want to move out b/c the standards have been set really high by anyone on the team. Special shout out to Freddy for always being amazing and friendly and just an amazing person and maintenance guy.

Renter BEWARE. Terrible place to live. New carpet smelled like cat urine because carpet padding underneath was not changed. No recess/ceiling lighting and many electrical outlets in unit do not work. Many property leaks and water outages causing increased water bill. Pipes rattle so loudly that a neighbor showering will wake me from my sleep. Laundry facilities always out of order. Many many spiders and other insects. Parking gate left broken and unsecured for over 5 months of my lease. Storage space inaccessible because it was located over another tenants vehicle. Walls are Very thin; expect to always know what your neighbors are talking about.

I lived here for 10years, my only issues were the plumbing. Besides that anytime I had an issue management usually took care of any problems right away. Awesome onsite manager.
