Casa Mia Apartments

Since Suada became the manager of this building, everything has been fantastic. We are incredibly grateful for the respect she shows us and for her dedication to helping each and every tenant. She has put in a great deal of effort into renovating and making our home a more beautiful place to live.

I am blessed to live in Casa Mia I like the place I feel that it’s secure and cleaned the most that I like is that they have security cameras in the hallways and inside the elevators. The super tries his best to make sure that this building stay clean . .

I love Casa Mia feel right at home here, there gossip but we're isn't there any , have some beautiful friends n good supporters when I need them it's like 1 big family that talk about each other lol but still love them 😜

This place has changes so much since the new owners took over. My mom lives here and I can say that finally Casa Mia is a Senior building like it should be.

When I moved to Casa Mia my main concerns were (the LACK of security, cleanliness, upkeep & maintenance) when the new Owners & Management took over all my concerns were "immediately rectified" they installed Security cameras & Intercom system, NEW Kitchen Appliances, Cabinets & Counters, Windows, all new Laundry & Community Room but most important Management replaced the Elevator (that broke almost daily) 😭 Management & Staff are attentive and try to make Casa Mia Apts a safe clean peaceful place to live for all tenets
