Casa Del Sol Apartments

I live here for over 5 years and none of my packages has gotten stolen, if I need something thing fix they get it fix, they keep the area clean and safe. Roach issues is not an issue since it's get maintenance twice a year but I am happy here.

Ms. Adriana in the front office I appreciate everything she’s helped me with to get my apartment. Very knowledgeable very patient she sat there and helped me from A-to-Z. This was my first apartment and I really appreciate the time that she took to help me through every step.

The residents are very friendly, the facilities are incredible and I recommend living in these modern apartments.

This is a great apartment building, Ms. Adriana and big guy because I've never asked his name. However, he's very tall. They are the best Managers working here. If something is wrong, they will respectfully get it fixed quickly. Other times you may have to wait a little while do to other things must be done in time. I give them both a billion star's 🌟

Someone left a review 3months ago about how great these apartments are first off the big tall guy here the manger his name is Tony I have been here for 4 years before they had new owners and the same management except for Tony he is new and he is cool the best assistant manager very honest and to the point the person said they fix things right away let me be fair and honest that is not true now I have seen them take certain apartments of people who have moved in and lived for about a couple of months and then the next thing there getting a new kitchen new floors etc I have seen family’s move in other family’s leave them there and move somewhere else I have put in work order after work some got done and some a band aide was put on it I feel that people come on here and don’t tell the whole
