Carver Park Management Office

Carver park is infested with roaches and mice. I would not refer ANYBODY to these properties. After reaching out several times about the infestation for 2 years to the property manager which I have to bring to every new management we get and nothing is still done. Broken closet doors, outlets don’t work properly, roach infestation, trash pile up at dumpsters. I had to wait a whole weekend because my hot water tank went out but that’s not priority, toilet clogged up a whole weekend because it’s not a priority.,Spoke with Julia Houston who was extremely rude and could careless the condition of the property. Reached to her for a stove and refrigerator and was told I will not get one until the roach problem is tooken care of but they been working on that for 2 years so I’m assuming I will neve

Very good place and wonderful to live here I like it,good maintenance,good environment, etc God bless this people and area thanks 😊

Houses was looking nice until all these different management people got in there every other 2 months it’s somebody different now they got rodents running around people cribs they need to bring back housing inspectors where they go threw the whole house looking at walls and everything most of these units have black mold and used appliances from other units
