Carroll's Creek Landing Townhomes

I moved into my home in December, and throughout the entire process the staff at Carroll’s Creek were incredibly helpful with great communication every step of the way. Since moving in, I’ve truly enjoyed our new home. I’ve only needed to submit one maintenance request, and it was responded to within just a few hours. I love that the community feels tucked away from everything—seeing kids playing during the day and enjoying the quiet at night makes me genuinely happy to be part of this community.

We've been here about a month and are very happy with it. Lowest price on a 4bd around. After living in a more secluded area i was apprehensive about living in a place like this but were all happy. property manager Calvin is great and the maintenance crew is always around fixing things needed. Huge fan of how safe and welcoming it is for the kids. Not just a complex but a community. Looking forward to staying pretty long term.

I give this place 5 stars mainly because of the awesome staff and the kind neighbors. I will say the buildings are definitely older, and show some signs of wear, but that makes me more comfortable as a renter because I know the place has been well loved. I am excited to stay here for a while and build some memories as a newly wed. I will also say that the location is amazing. There's many shops near by such as Walmart, Safeway, target, Costco, best buy, Mor furniture, and many more including many restaurants which make the location even more worth it. I am excited to make this a long term stay!

I’m wrapping up my time living in this townhouse complex after 3 years, and I wanted to leave a review highlighting the excellent job Calvin, the property manager, has done. Throughout my stay, he has always been responsive, respectful, and proactive. Whether it was maintenance requests, questions about the property, or day-to-day concerns, Calvin handled everything quickly and professionally. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He truly made my experience here a positive one. Like any place, it had its ups and downs. The lack of guest parking did make things a little challenging at times, but it wasn’t the end of the world, we made it work. We toured this past week and really liked the units. There was some clean up around outdoor areas that needed attention such as garbage on neighbors porch, spackle on the ground from remodel/maintenance team on the side walk and porch. Work was still being done in unit so it's understandable but this should be cleaned up before touring future residents as it gives a bad impression on tours. We are pleased with pricing and what we need for move in and will be pleased to be a resident.
