Carriage House Evansville

Wonderful place for Senior living. I feel safe and I love my cozy one bedroom apartment. I have a spacious deck, plenty storage. Laundry facilities are clean and affordable. If you enjoy having something planned for you to do then our Service Coordinator will be your favorite person, almost everyday through the week she has planned activities for the residents. The building is clean. Managerial staff are kind and quick to respond to issues. The place is pet friendly and the grounds are well kept.

On December 3, 2025 I called 911 when I suddenly became Very Dizzy in my kitchen and Fell. The room was Spinning and I was nauseated .I could not stand up and I and remained sitting. In a few Minutes the ambulance arrived at my apartment and the men began tearing my apt door open to get in. (I told them I could not get up because I was agraid I’d fall again.) I was taken to Ascention and they diagnosed me with Vertigo. The also gave me an IV drip as I was very dehydrated. Anyway, it’s been OVER a MONTH since my door lock was TORN OPEN and I have been having difficulty OPENING my Apt DOOR with my Key. The COLD in the HALLWAY isn’t helping Either…..I WANT A NEW APT. DOOR INSTALLED ASAP or I will call Indianapolis and REPORT it!

I love Living here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance People do an excellent job. Love the apartment and couldn't ask for a better place to live.

The people in the office is rude towards the residents and specially the office manager. They charged me 195.50 for my rent and last month I told them to cancel the rental’s insurance the lady said she canceled it they didn’t canceled it and my rent is 181.00 and then 14.50 for the rental insurance. The office manager said she will take the 14.50 off of my rent for next month. So I’m having to wait until next month to get my14.50. And they are saying it wasn’t their fault it was mine
