I’ve lived here for two years and I will not be making it a third. Sure the staff is friendly but that’s where it stops. The pool has been closed for two years and you’ll need a window unit because the AC is so old it won’t get BELOW 85 degrees when the temperature is 90 and above. The maintenance concierge service you pay 15$ a month for will just say they fixed it when nothing really gets done. The amenity fee you pay 15$ a month for is for a guy who drives around in a golfcart pretending to fix things. My rent started at 800 now at 1070 two years later not including the electricity which ranges from 70-140 for a one bed room apartment . There is no functioning pool and no workout room the only good thing here is the location. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone actual

Applied here back in 2022. Went through the entire process, just for them to tell me I’m not approved. YEARS later, I figure out they sent me to collections for ‘move out charges’ that listed the admin fee, application fee and NSF fees, as well as a lease statement although I wasn’t even approved, y'all could’ve reached out to make aware that the fees didn’t go through instead of sending it to collections, especially when I was standing there in the office face to face with y’all. The fact y’all are even charging people this much all to get denied is insane in the first place SMH.

They should allow 0 stars because thats what Monarch deserves. Before the company comments and says, “We don’t see you as a tenant”—correct, I’m not. I’m family. And that’s exactly why I’m speaking up. When someone who doesn’t even live here wants to leave a review because of how poor this place is, that should tell you something. The halls smell awful because the carpets are never cleaned or even vacuumed. The air conditioning is so outdated that during my visit this past summer, the temperature inside the unit was in the 90s. The bathtub is a mess—if you try to take a shower, water still gushes out of the faucet even with the diverter pulled up, and the temperature isn’t regulated at all. The water pouring from the spout is scalding hot while the water from the showerhead is a complete

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place deserves 0 stars and should be shut down. I can’t stress this enough. You will not be happy. The property manager does not respond to emails. They’re nice to get you in the door so you will pay way overpriced rent. Your apartment will be 90 plus degrees in the winter which ruins food and makes you very uncomfortable in your home that you pay ALOT of money for. They don’t provide enough dumpsters so the dumpsters overflow and then attract animals and trash gets dragged all over the parking lot and left for weeks and weeks. Then they send an Email out saying if your trash is found on the ground you will be charged and will have a lease violation. What a joke. They don’t plow the lot when it snows so expect to miss a couple days of work every time it snows becaus

Don't waste your money living here. This is by far the worst place I ever lived. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I lived here for four years, hated it more every year.It was one problem after another. Ceiling leaking several times, main drain backed up and overflowing into my apt many times. Several other maintenance issues. In Feb temps in the 20s we went 15 days without heat or hot water. They tried repairing it twice ended up with a gas leak and then they had to get a new one. For our inconvenience they let us borrow a space heater and $50 off of rent. The repairs are never fixed correctly the first time and they never clean up their mess. In the spring my apt got up to 93° because they wouldn't turn off the boiler until it was 50° for 10 days in a row. I bought three big fans, it
