I loved my apartment so much. It had the high-end finishes I wanted and it was really affordable. Plus, my electric bill averaged only $55 per month! I recommend the Carousel Apartments highly!

I have rented from Carousel since 2016! Monique and Tyler (and now Jason) have been amazing to myself and my family! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I can't believe a negative review due to the years of experience I've had and I feel they need recognition for all that they do. I highly recommend Carousel Properties!

Look up predatory leasing then read the lease agreement at this property. Fees, fees fees. Hidden cost after hidden cost. They will charge you for a service then remove the service and continue the charge. The craftsmanship of the building is laughable. Door handles fall off randomly, drawer handles too. Leaky ceilings, constant manintence problems. Difficult office staff. An office thats nearly impossible to reach via anything but text. Fire alarms that go off randomly all hours of the day, night and weekend. They'll make up any excuse and over charge you to try to keep your deposit and what little bit you can wrestle back from them will not be paid out in a timely manner. Takes over 50 days to receive payment. Worst renting exprience of my entire life and I signed a 24 month lease. less

My husband and I stayed downtown and had a wonderful time at carousel properties airbnb. It was roomy, inviting, and super clean. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend them.
