Have to give credit when it's due. I am a professional home inspector and last year my wife and I purchased a Carothers Executive Home. We love our home and feel proud to own a Carothers home. Wendy was the agent that was pleasant and easy to deal with and the process has been exceptional. One year later our warranty items have been addressed (and there weren't many) but the ones that did exist Carothers made the process simple. We contacted them and contractors came out and addressed every issue. Once again, I must state I am a professional home inspector and I know every builder does not make it this easy with making things right. Five stars to Carothers!
