Carlton Place Apartments

I lived at Carlton Place a couple years ago and enjoyed living there. The top floor where I lived had a good view and the in-unit washer/dryer was very handy. The place was clean when I got it and whenever we had small issues, the maintenance person was there to take care of it right away. Overall a nice clean peaceful and safe place to stay. The staff members are very helpful, understanding and care about the people who live there. Dealing with them was the best part of my stay at Carlton Place. Everything is straight forward and explained to you ahead of time. They manage a bunch of properties and have it down pat. I've lived here since 2021 and there's a reason why I haven't left! The property is well maintained, the maintenance staff is super responsive and respectful and the management team of the property really cares about its tenants! We love living here.

I moved here from the South and the leasing office made my transition easy. They prorated my rent because of my move in date and answered all my questions and concerns. Justin at the leasing office is great and I spoke with him very often. When I arrived to my apartment was extremely clean. I had a few maintenance issues but they were fixed instantly.

I have lived here for 4 months now and love the property. I had one issue with a leak coming from my toilet. I put in a maintenance request and got it fixed right away! Well kept property, and I love my apartment. I'm in a two bed two bath.

Nice apartment. Terrible management. Packages get stolen here every day it seems like. I've lost over 250 dollars worth of property alone here. When you notify management they genuinely do not care. The fact that you can't even have a home to safely ship packages to during COVID mind you, is disappointing. I won't even complain about the noise because that's just part of "apartment living" but that's also a GLARING issue here. It's one of the only communities which has recycling for residents but it fills up the day after pick up, how hard would it be for them to just add another pick up day to the recycling? Too difficult. Their only saving grace are their floor plans (a lot of space) and the fact that they're under 2k in MA with a W/D inside. That is it though. They know this which is wh
