Carlos was our agent when we bought our first home in 2024. Reviews are often vague, so I will stick to facts and numbers. We signed with Carlos on 9/13/24, and NO JOKE, we moved into our new home on 12/13. Three months start to finish. Carlos helped us get a 5 bedroom house in the best neighborhood in Oakland for less than asking price. Read that one again if you can believe it. He connected us with his contractor to do a small job on the house too. He knows the area, he knows the market, he knows what a house will sell for and what buyers will accept. You better believe I recommend him.

We have never owned a home in CA Bay Area and did not understand magnitude of the competitive market that we were facing. Carols educated us on the home buying process and was transparent on each step of our search. Carlos took the time to listen about what we wanted, guided us towards homes that fit our exact needs/prices, while steering us away houses that could have been long-term problems. Carlos has never-ending energy! When I was overwhelmed with the renovation process, Carlos kept unveiling one idea at a time to lead me through the process. He worked extremely well with my own contractor. Completely prepared at Open House time, Carlos took multiple offers over the first week, reviewing the pros and cons of each offer with me to settle on the right one. I'm sure we received at least $200,000 more due to extra touches he suggested. I would definitely recommend Carlos for your next real estate transaction.
