Worst property management ever! Crestline has gone downhill since they have come onboard. Good luck getting any of your requests done. They just raise your money and do less for you.

My personal experience with Lisa, our HOA Manager, gas been nothing but professional knowledgeable and very helpful. Lisa is always willing to help and always pleasant. She is appreciated.

Great job by Kailey, her staff and the gardeners. My Star Jasmine is under control, and my car is accessible again. Thanks

This property management does not follow through. I have a leak on my window that’s coming g from the above window structure. Roofers came out and confirmed. The rain and the leak is flooding my kitchen. I have contacted Wes, he told me upstairs neighbor window would be covered with plastic, before the rain. It never was. As it rained and leaked into my kitchen. Emailed Wes couple more times and still nothing was done. He is all talk and no action. Next Tuesday we are going to have a really bad rain. Need that window covered emailed Wes again and he is not responding. This sounds like negligence. If I don’t hear back by Monday I have to take legal action for damaging my property. Would be nice to have a property manger follow through on his words. Especially when damage is occurring inside

Great HOA management team! Always easy to reach by phone and email and fast response. Take good care of the home owner especially when selling a home, the escrow service is the best! Got the HOA docs on time and good communication to solve problems including but not limited to violations close. Would like to express a special thanks to Noel Krips who is on top of everything!
