Karen and Judith are so friendly and welcoming. The homes are beautiful and spacious. No pressure to buy a home when you come in to just browse. Great for first time families. Beautiful little community with park inside the neighborhood for kids and community swimming pool. Close to Costco and Walmart. Also close to Stater Brothers down the street. Lots of restaurants nearby on San Marcos Blvd. 7/11 around the corner if you want to walk down the street to grab a quick snack. Mulberry park up the street. Pet friendly. Mission Hills High school is a couple blocks down. Very charming homes.
