My mother lives here it's super nice place to live. She enjoys the coffee and activities. She talks highlight of the staff and how quickly things get fixed.

My experience with the management team is always the best! most of them are really friendly, especially the maintenance guy! He is so helpful! Also, Mandy, who is always in the office, is never tired of opening my door whenever I forget to bring my key. The neighbor is also friendly. I got to pat my neighbor's cat! Overall, my experience here is excellent! honorable mention of the free breakfast every Tuesday and Friday! cheap rental, excellent management, totally worth it!

I lived here for four years and have only good things to say about it. The management and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive and any building issues were handled quickly and non-invasively. They made multiple accommodations to my unit for me and truly cared that I had a good experience living there. The location and amenities made living here the perfect place to be, I would always recommend!

If you want to live in an apartment complex that is truly customer-centric, this is the place for you. They have some of the best management folks I have met so far. Due to the implications of Covid 19 and uncertainty around my job location, I was consistently stressed about my plans to move to a different city. The management came to my rescue by providing me their support and helping me with my move-out dates. I ended up extending my lease for another 8 months. The apartment complex is clean and tidy, and you get to stay in the downtown area at a justified price. Highly recommend this place!

Solid apartment complex for an affordable rate in a great area. Maintenance is always super prompt to fix any problems, usually sending someone within a day or two. Internet is free, and while it has its slow days it is normally pretty good. The fire department next door is barely something I notice, so don't be too concerned about that. Management is very friendly and accomodating, Mandy even watered my plants while I was away at work. All in all, I think the apartments are a solid value especially compared to the immediately surrounding complexes.
