Stay far away from this property. Thin walls, limited parking space, and messy residents that keep up bullshit amongst each other.. Sad I couldn't enjoy living here. And I will not be renewing my lease! And be prepared for stuffy nose cause of the air quality in the units every night and day when napping. And be prepared for water leaking from the ceiling as well.

Capitol Art Lofts a very nice place to live and very nice restaurants in this historical district and the loft apartment are very nice.The management here is very nice They take care all of your needs and concerns and make you feel at home.

I've tried to get someone on the line for information and a viewing for over two years and I have yet to get a call back from voice messages left and request left on their website. what needs to be done to speak with someone at this location?

We are very pleased with our apartment and the staff is very accommodating.
