The closing on my house conducted in January by Capital Title Rochester was a nightmare. Alta Seller was wrong. Alta Buyer was wrong. The actually wanted me to sign a document at one point of the process that said "$3500.00 (three thousand and 00/100 dollars)". The sloppiness and no attention to detail was very frustrating. Have to in part blame Real Estate One Rochester who failed to review any of the documents before passing them on to me. Very bad experience all the way around. Nice enough people, I guess, but if you are expecting documents to be correct or any attention to detail, do not use them.
This title company is fantastic! The staff is extremely responsive and thorough. I trust them with all my title business due to their high level of professionalism and outstanding work ethics.
Worked through Capital Title for a For Sale By Owner and found the staff to be an excellent resource. Answered my questions and were very responsive. Thank you!
