Be careful doing business with this builder. I bought a home years ago from them through the realtor who was selling the home, who happened to be his sister (Lia LoChirco) and she lied to us saying it was the last home in the subdivision for sale. There were actually many more homes for sale but she didn’t inform us there were multiple builders in the subdivision. On the day of the closing, they added transfer taxes that the seller typically pays as our expenses and when we asked Lia about it, she basically threatened us that the deal would be off the table on the day of the closing. She was the realtor for both seller and us. My wife and I were a young couple at the time looking for a home and thought we could trust her and the builder, but they decided to take advantage of us.

Dilusso team has a very good experience and home result is very nice, with good finishing, lots of details included, no need for upgrades everywhere in the house during construction. Easy and direct communication with builder during construction makes things easier and faster.

Just recently finishing building a home through Damiano and Dilusso Building Company. From the start, they were responsive and professional through every aspect of the building process.
