The Chapman

The new management “the chapman” is terrible, services and requests needed are never answered. My apartment is having heat problems for days and no answer in the request, no one available to help or even reply. Some requests about pest control were made 3 months ago and they just “close” with no services, no contact, no answer… not even mention that it take days to clean the sidewalk after a heavy snow, sometimes they don’t even clean… horrible, there is so many places better to rent with the same price or even less. Update: That is my unit basically every single day during winter… impossible to get at my door without getting snow in my shoes and pants. Already complained a couple times and still the same, don’t move here seriously!!

To have been able to see the updated apartment they are absolutely what I was expecting! The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding of all my needs. I felt very heard and made me feel at home!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the maintenance team for their outstanding response time to an urgent issue. My heater went out this morning before I left for work, and it was completely fixed by the time I got home that same day. The extremely quick turnaround time for the resolution is appreciated and it lets me be at ease knowing they can resolve something like this quickly and without any issues!

UPDATE 3/1/26 - The Chapman has been the new owners for MONTHS now and every day is still a struggle. They messed up my January rent, which I happened to catch in time before I was charged. THEN, they messed up my February rent by overcharging me by more than $1,100! They “apologized” for the inconvenience, still blamed the transition, then said they would put it as credit on my account. I said that credit on my account was completely unacceptable, I asked for a refund. That is a large amount of money and believe it or not I have other bills to pay and groceries to buy. It has been 30 days and I have NOT received this refund. On top of that, they expect me to pay my March rent now whe they still have my stolen money. Oh and you want shoveled and salted sidewalks? Don’t expect that here! Yo

Emily and Morgan have been outstanding. They are both extremely hardworking and consistently quick to help whenever an issue comes up. Even with how swamped the office is right now due to the transition in ownership, they remain responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping residents. It’s clear they’re doing their absolute best under challenging circumstances, and their effort does not go unnoticed.
