Rochester Place

Lived here for a few years now, in a couple different units. Its a great location close to town and trails, yet still quiet and peaceful. The staff are always helpful, especially Matt from maintenance. The calls to him are not often but if a call is placed the issue is resolved very fast.

I moved in two months ago and so far I'm happy here! My unit is a great size and everything in good condition, plus the views of mature trees and wildlife and natural light through my windows are so nice. The people of my building are friendly and respectful, there is some noise between units but that's apartments, if you had bad neighbors it could be annoying but my building is pretty quiet overall. Maintenance has been very responsive, they also seem to be doing system updates to fix the water/heat issues mentioned in other comments. The boiler was replaced in my building and we were well informed on what was happening and what to expect. I’m having an amazing experience during my stay at Rochester Place! Kim is amazing and always professional. I love sitting at the patios enjoying the calm at the river. The nature trail are right on near my home where I enjoy long refreshing walks daily. The gym has brand new equipment that I enjoy using. I give Rochester Place 5 stars hands down

Rochester Place was kind, accommodating and helpful. They offer various lease lengths and are always timely with maintenance issues. The apartments are in a great location as well. Matt in maintenance was particularly helpful and nice; making sure my maintenance questions were always answered thoroughly and quickly. The office manager, Kim B., was one of the nicest apartment managers I've ever had to deal with. Taylor was also kind, caring and professional. I highly recommend Rochester Place Apartments to live at.

EDIT: They will have you sign the lease without showing you the apartment or a model, BEFORE you even see it. They will not give you a tour, only of the pool, leasing office, and stream. They will not show you the apartment before signing any lease. How is $1,300++ reasonable for 650 square feet, with no heat and no included utilities? And along with flooding and maintenance that do not fix any problems? Before I am told with an automated message to contact property, we have multiple times. Absolutely no help.
