My extremely disappointing experience with Capital City Mortgage as the lender for the buyer of our home obviously is indirect but no less impactful. While we had no direct relationship with this company (thankfully) we have been severely impacted by the unprofessional, sloppy, extreme poor communication and poor handling of this transaction. Our home sale contract was executed on August 4th with a closing date of August 22nd, which was specifically chosen to coordinate with our new home purchase on August 25th. The contract was binding Aug.4. However, due to the the company's delays - literally not moving the contract through the process - and poor communication, lack of follow through and lack of transparency, caused unnecessary and significant financial stress and logistical nightma

This company is a SCAM!!!!!! after 3 classes and racking up thousands she went on a month vacation A MONTH WITH EVERYONES MONEY and comes back talking about the same things she promised before she left which is how to teach you to be broke Wont answer my calls and dances around my questions about why I haven't seen a loan and Ive been here since february ..She says she will teach you how to make money from home doing loans but the class teaches you nothing its just a introduction for her company which is barely that. Then she won't give you your money after promising a money back guarantee . She's a con and all she cares about is TAKING YOUR MONEY staaaaaaaay away from her and her thieving rink a dink shop

Several of us paid to take the course to become an LOA and was not given any work. She refuses to refund my money. BEWARE!!!!
