Capes at Ventura Apartments

Moving into this apartment complex was such an easy and smooth experience. The entire process was clear, well organized, and stress-free from the beginning. Kirsten was a big part of that—she was incredibly kind, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions along the way. She truly made the move-in process feel welcoming. The amenities are also a huge bonus. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and relaxing outdoor spaces are great for unwinding, and the gym is well equipped and convenient to have on site. Overall, this has been a really positive experience, and it’s nice to live in a place that feels comfortable, well cared for, and supported by a great management team.

This is a great community to live in. It’s very quiet and clean. It’s a great place to raise a family or just rent a place with a few friends. When I lived there the front office was always so dependable. They made sure that our requests got taken care of. Nichole and Kirsten are my favorite people to speak with. They are effective and get the job done! I highly recommend this complex to anyone!

We recently had the opportunity to use the community room for an event, and it was a wonderful experience. The leasing office staff was very accommodating throughout the process and made everything easy from start to finish. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our needs. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional, which made hosting our event that much smoother. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would gladly work with them again in the future.

I’m a fairly new resident here at Capes at Ventura. The entire process has been smooth sailing. Kristen did an amazing job from the moment we connected. From showing the avail units, to applying, awaiting approval & finalizing the rental. She was, and continues to be, very responsive & quickly provides responses and answers for any questions I’ve had along the way. The area and location is nice and quiet. Very happy here! 🌻

The community here is incredibly quiet and peaceful. I’ve been living here for five years now, and I absolutely love it. There are several shopping centers nearby, and even a walking trail. It’s a truly great environment. Kirsten and the maintenance team are incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ve never had any issues here, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering living in this community. It’s truly awesome!
