Typical p poor apartment experience with a greedy management company. Definitely close to plumlording with an S. Outdated apartments with no worthwhile amenities. Full of mould inside the apartments and outside throughout the complex. Getting basic repair and maintenance is impossible for tenants, general maintenance is not even something that is done for the complex itself. Its been this way for years. As you can see from the pictures, the state of this property is from years of neglect and disregard for basic upkeep. Upper management of labri is now making it so no residents can have any plants, decor, functional items like umbrellas on private enclosed balconies, porches. The balconies are enclosed but labri now says tenants cannot have anything on their private balconies. What is the

Mediocre apartments that never fix anything and if they do, takes 3-5 business MONTHS! * YOUR WATER WILL BE SHUT OFF EVERY OTHER WEEK *YOUR LEASE WILL INCREASE EVERY YEAR, NOT WORTH IT!!! *CAR BREAKINS * CONSTANT HOMELESS WILL BE DIGGING IN THE TRASH *LAUNDRY ROOM WARS As always LAbri Management won’t do anything!
