Do not live here if you value your health. I had numerous issues in the two years I lived here. The first week we lived there, the maintenance man walked in on me naked, without any prior notice he was coming. We complained about mold for a year before it was finally handled after we hired outside help. Mold was in all the windows, doors, where the air conditoner leaked after our maintenance requests were ignored for months, the shower ceiling, and my doctors believed most of my sickness was from unseen mold most likely in the walls, and/ or plumbing. We would attempt to clean the mold and it would just keep coming back. EDITED : In response to my previous post made by Error. CAP followed up with my pending application then. Jennifer reached out, I was able to set up appointments to view rental properties. Since then they have been communicating thoroughly and effectively. Much appreciated, Jennifer and Samara came thru and did a great job!

Don’t apply to this apartment if you want to get sick run far away from it. Owners and management are terrible. Odd smells and couldn’t be inside for a long period of time if I did I would start to feel a sick. If you value your health stay away. If I could give negative stars I would.
