Canyon Villas Place Apartments

Canyon Villas Place Apartments has been an incredible place to call home. The complex is quiet and clean. The apartment layout is spacious and comfortable, with lots of natural light The management team is excellent, friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance needs. It's clear they care about their tenants. I'm glad I chose Canyon Villas Place. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality living experience in the desert.

I had a year long training in Palm Springs for work and needed to rent an apartment. I came across the Canyon Villas Apartments. Lupe, the manager, was very helpful and worked with me to quickly get my paperwork and everything in order for my move. If I ever needed anything, management was super quick and responsive, which wasn't often because I never really had any issues while living here. I instantly fell in love with the place when I saw it. The mountains create such a great backdrop and the pool was a nice touch, especially with the scorching temperatures during the summer. I also loved this apartment because it's super close to downtown. I was so lucky to have found this place. BEST LOCATION IN THE DESERT Happy to share in my FAntastic experience of renting at Canyon Villas . It can be a very involved experience to find a new home after owning our own home for over twenty plus years . After we visited many apartment complexes, we chose Canyon Villas as our Home . They really listened to what our priorities were and assisted us from the first phone call until we were handed the keys . So happy with our first choice . Canyon Villas

Check yelp on this establishment. They do not care about the residents, only money. They took almost my entire deposit claiming $500 to fix 5 broken tiles in the kitchen. I’m sure they can replace the entire flooring for that price. Property manager is spineless and enforced whatever the money hungry owner wants. They are notorious for throwing out seniors living on a fixed income so that they can make more money during the busy season. They used our deposit to refurbish our outdated apartment.

Been living here for the last 2 years and I really like it. Everything is well maintained and the staff is nice. You are close to the mountains and the complex is very quiet. It is really close to the hiking trails and where I have my horse at Smoke Tree Stables.
