I lived here previously and had a very concerning experience that management failed to properly address. While I was pregnant, I caught a neighbor watching me through my window. I reported the situation to the leasing office because it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home. Unfortunately, nothing meaningful was done to resolve the issue. Situations involving tenant safety should be taken seriously, and the lack of action was very disappointing. I ultimately decided to move because I no longer felt safe living there.

I have lived in several apartments, this one for a little over 1.5 years, and I have to say Jessica Miner is the best manager I’ve had. She treats everyone fairly when it comes to policies. People need to understand that she can only do so much because she’s the manager, NOT the owner. Every single time I called and needed something she listens and solved my problems. Thank you for everything!

Solid place to live. The prices are really good for the space you get, and the apartments are very spacious. The property is well maintained and management is easy to deal with. Jessica is friendly, responsive, and makes everything simple. Overall, a great experience — definitely recommend.
