Canterbury Villas

This is a great place to live! I have been here most of the last 21 years and have had no issues with managers or maintenance. There is regular outside maintenance, regular preventive pest control, and quick responses by the complex maintenance. I have always had friendly, respectful neighbors. It is quiet and close to everything. I appreciate they do what they can to keep the rent the lowest around. I like it so much that when I moved out of state and decided to move back, I called the office to tell them and to ask them to keep me posted about any upcoming availabilities. The did, and I was happy to move back!

I have lived here since 2020. I am very happy here. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and efficient and never make you wait. The property manager Jen is very nice and is always available to help her residents and keep everyone happy. I have found my forever home and its in a great location as well. Definitely a 5 star all the way.

Ive been here since 2013 and I would never go anywhere else. Every time there is an issue , maintenance is on the ball fixing it. The grounds itself could use some more pretty colors but overall its a great place to live. There is a laundry facility and pool on the premises and the neighbors have been wonderful. Definitely would and have recommended!

I give 1 star only because they had to deal with my 80 yr old mother in law who was severely depressed after the loss of her husband of 50 yrs. She was very needy learning to live alone and not the nicest of persons on some days. She did however pay her rent on time and kept a clean abode. Her mental health had turned and they decided to not renew her lease. Which basically means they where going to evict an 80 yr old woman if we didn't remove her. I asked management that if we move quickly and fly down the next weekend form 1800 miles away that if they would forgo the last month of her contract and not consider her in breach. She said "sure I can do that" We moved quickly that weekend donating most of her items to the local tenants and left a clean apartment despite a candle wax

I’ve been living here since Christmas Eve 2018 and this place is a blessing. It’s a villa so no one is on top or below you. Since I’ve lived here I’ve been at peace. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. All my neighbors are really nice too, except one lady who’s kinda weird. Angie is really nice and sometimes I just go into the office to say hi and grab a cup of coffee. I plan to stay here until I get married and buy a home I guess. Only one complaint I have is that some tenants here think they have assigned parking spot. THERES NO ASSIGNED PARKING. If the spot in front of your door is taken. Park on spot over. It’s not hard. But yea this place is awesome, Angie’s awesome, so you’re in a good place.
