Canterbury Townhome Apartments

I moved to this establishment specifically because the apartments were spacious and they allowed pets. Before moving in my apartment number was changed 3x, twice without my knowledge. Just days before i was to move in, I was told that the apartment I was supposed to be moving into had a leak and was given another apartment. On the actual day of my move-in, maitenance was still painting walls in my apartment. Surprise surprise this apartment had had a leak too. My furniture could not be put in place in the den area because the wall was wet. In some areas he painted around the furniture. The next week, I was told that I could not have my dog. The same dog I had discussed with the staff in the leasing office twice prior to moving in. The same dog I was asked to take to the vet for paperwor

This place is terrible! Plumbing is bad. We were moved from one unit to another and the plumbing was terrible. Our entire downstairs flooded. Rain comes inside our home, a sticky blue substance keeps coming up from the floors. The staff was very rude to me but really friendly with my husband. The maintenance takes their time responding to service tickets. and lastly we have to throw all our things out because we have bed bugs! worst place to live!

Not recommended! Should’ve paid more attention to the reviews before we moved in. First, the rent is too high for such a place that’s not in a good neighborhood. When we first came into the office to do the application, the management said the gate would be fixed at the end of the week but a month later still not fixed. Started seeing roaches and gnats a little after we moved in. They told us we were on #3 on the list for pest control, on the list for maintenance, still haven’t showed up for our ceiling fan, nor our toilets. The trash is never really inside the compactor, instead outside of it on the ground. Two weeks after moving in, I heard gunshots right outside at night and couple of hours later my wife comes home from work and sees police outside with a dead body on the ground. Littl

After asking what qualifications are required to rent a home, and also to list the disqualifications, I advised the leasing agent exactly what issues I had on my credit advised I should be fine. I came back with the application fee, was called the next day to state due to my credit I was denied. I asked what disqualified me she said the items that were on your credit, I said the ones I just told you about!!! Application fee gone that quick. Hustled!

this place is garbage they have went up on the rent 150 for nothing the front gate is always broke kids smoke weed all day in the complex. they change management and go up on water as well for nothing they dont warn you they just change everything. the neighborhood is so bad its horrible i think they want all the working people out and replace with section 8 so that they can finished tearing it up when i first moved here it was a good place ive been here 2 years and changed management 3 times the new management just want money for nothing dont move here stay away it will be tore down for sure with this management
