I moved into my Candlewood apartment in August 2025. I was excited to see that my new home was spotless clean, the carpet updated, walls freshly painted. I had some minor maintenance requests which were promptly addressed, and the maintenance guys were friendly and accommodating. I love living here. My only reason for <5 stars is the tub enclosures & fixtures in the bathrooms are a bit dated, but I can certainly live with them no problem. - A Happy Camper -

I rented with Candlewood for three years. I have to say they are a great place to do business with! I would definitely rent with them again! My one and only critique is that the property location I rented at could have been plowed more often but the moment I reached out about the concern it was taken care of! Also shout out to maintenance because they were always so helpful and kind. Was very pleased to have gotten my security deposit back as well😁

Personally never had a problem living there. Thought never been more insulted in my life. Before I left i had removed everything of my belongings apparently something was in the storage unit down stairs not known to me. Charged for that. Before I left I cleaned the place and as a janitor was rather easy. However, according to them somethings were left behind under the sink. Cleaning supplies not used so yea enjoy those. Left them for the new tenant. Now for the biggest one. A charge of over $400 to repaint the entire unit? Paint degrades after a few years and to say it was soot from candles/ incense? Let's be honest here because your entire customer service is horrible to deal with. Poor circulation from lack of any sort of ventilation! Cooking is expected and will happen you cannot char

Honestly didn't expect the maintenance team to be so fast. I put in a ticket for my leaking sink on Tuesday and they had it fixed by Wednesday morning. It’s nice living somewhere where things actually get done.

My experience with Candlewood has been great, especially in comparison to what I've heard and personally experienced about other property management competitors in the area. This is a mature organization, with a well-structured and professionally trained staff with their well-defined roles and responsibilities. There are well-defined steps, structure and predictability to their work, which I appreciate over figuring things out on the fly. Whenever I had issues or questions in the past, they were always responded to respectfully and promptly. As a property owner, you get a great hands-off experience with Candlewood so that you can focus on other areas of your life or career as you have a peace of mind that your investments are in good hands.
